Seven Basic Steps to Total Health is the foundational teaching of Total Health Institute. To heal one must master these seven basic steps. In our last 35+ years of treating patients this teaching has set the stage for every single person that we have helped restore their health. These steps are laws that if kept will produce health, and when broken will produce dysfunction and eventual disease. In this teaching you will learn most importantly how each of the seven basic steps interacts to produce a cumulative effect. This means in healing there’s the one-fold, the 10-fold, and the hundred-fold result. You are shown how to use these seven basic steps to touch into the hundred-fold healing. Health and healing are dependent upon balancing body, mind, emotions and spirit.  If all these are not addressed, then just like instruments in the orchestra, each area of imbalance will produce noise instead of the cumulative beautiful music. The noise of just one of these areas being out of balance will still sustain the dysfunction or the disease — that’s why it’s not good enough just to improve your diet and it’s not good enough just to go to bed earlier and drink more water.  You have to connect all seven basic steps with all levels:  body, mind, emotion and spirit.  When the seven steps are balanced at these four levels: body mind emotions and spirit, then this becomes a hundred-fold return or blessing, which you call healing. This is how we’ve guided our patients for over the last 35 years.
